2 upstairs bedrooms with a shared en-suite between them. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with stunning views across the Lake to Acacia Bay or north to Nukuhau. Bedroom 2 has two king single beds and north views of Mount Tauhara and across the Lake. All beds and bedding are high quality and super comfy. All towels are fresh and clean. Additional swim towels are supplied for the Spa. Air Conditioning is in Bedroom 1.

Downstairs , Full very well equipped kitchen and facilities, breakfast bar seating for 4, open plan attractively furnished living area with a leather 2 seater lounge sofa and 2 single designer chairs (which can be converted to single sofa beds. We supply bed linen or single sleeping bags with liners for the sofa beds. ) A second efficient air conditioning unit is in the living area. There are plenty of rugs and pillows for that comfy stay!

All windows are large, double glazed and tinted for privacy. The area (apartment and landscaped grounds) are quiet, private and relaxing.

Own laundry, washing machine and new dryer. Washing powder supplied. Clothes drying frame. Shared clothes line.
Fibre Wireless Internet available at no extra charge.

We have a great veggie garden. Our guests are more than welcome to enjoy seasonal picking from it.

The Apartment is self contained and attached to our house.

Leading out from the living area to your own deck, outdoor alfresco area and BBQ. Includes private own use of 5 person Spa / Hot Tub.  Enjoy a relaxing Spa after your Lake swim or hiking! Private use of the outside patio area.

Event Weekends: Part of a garage is available for storage of cycles, sports equipment or skis in winter. We do have a selection of tools and bike pump in the case of repairs.

Own private entry. Off street convenient parking for two vehicles. Key lock box for late arrivals or early departures.

We live next door and can help with any information you may require. I like to personally meet and greet our guests, show them through the apartment, explain (if necessary) how to work the appliances and give directions to the supermarket etc. There is a comprehensive house manual and plenty of brochures available. Our guests are on holiday, we respect their privacy, however we are usually not far away if any assistance is required.
